Toonz Academy’s Refund and Cancellation Policy defines the guidelines for fee refunds, cancellations, and processing timelines.
This policy is designed to provide clear and fair terms for all enrolled students.

1. Course Fee Refunds

• Registration Fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
• If a student cancels at least 7 days before the course start date, 80% of the fee will be refunded (after deducting administrative charges).
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before course commencement are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

• Refund requests must be made in writing to info@toonzacademy.com
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days to the original payment method.

3. Course Cancellations by Academy

If we cancel a course before it begins, 100% of the fee will be refunded.
