We offer professional courses in animation, design, and related fields. Course fees can be paid online, but classes are conducted at our academy studio located at:

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old or have parental/guardian consent to enroll.

3. Course Fees & Payments
• All course Registration fees must be paid in full and the course fees must be paid as per agreed payment schedules before course commencement.
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• We do not store card or payment instrument details.

4. Attendance & Conduct
Students must attend classes at the academy studio as per the schedule and follow all academic and conduct policies.

5. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, and resources are our intellectual property. Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use them for learning purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Trivandrum, Kerala].

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Course Fee Refunds
• Registration Fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.
• If a student cancels at least 7 days before the course start date, 80% of the fee will be refunded (after deducting administrative charges).
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before course commencement are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process
• Refund requests must be made in writing to [[email protected]].
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days to the original payment method.

3. Course Cancellations by Academy
If we cancel a course before it begins, 100% of the fee will be refunded.
