You acknowledge that:

• All animation concepts, character designs, scripts, and visual assets created or displayed on the Site are proprietary to Toonz Academy or its licensors.
• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including adaptation or distribution of our animation content for commercial purposes, constitutes a violation of applicable laws and may result in legal action.
• All training materials, course content, lesson plans, and proprietary teaching methods provided to students are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or shared without permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the intellectual property of Toonz Academy except for the limited right to use the Site and its services in accordance with these Terms.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

You are responsible for:
